Our intimate, elopement weddings at Hawthorn Hideaway, Yorkshire, can cater for 2 up to 15 people. Elopement and intimacy is what we do best. (Prices below are for 2 people, please contact us for the prices for more than 2 people)

We have lots of options to create perfect intimate, elopement weddings. These include a  minimum 2 night stay in one of our beautiful accommodations - Owl or Swan Lodge or the unique Kingfisher Narrowboat. Your could even get a skipper to sail you out and marry on the scenic Chesterfield Canal. Your stay with us includes a private hot tub, a breakfast hamper, logs for the log burner and garden fire bowl and private use of the sauna, steam room and indoor BBQ cabin. The celebrant led ceremony would be individual to yourselves and the celebrant would create a specially written poem of your love story. As we are not a licensed wedding venue you would also need to attend the registry office as we did on our wedding day for the legalities. A keep safe will be provided to remember your day. Your will deal with the celebrant and pay the celebrant directly. (£450)

The photographer can capture your beautiful day and provide all photos edited in an online gallery. No limit to the number of images provided. A gift box with a USB, DVD slide show set to music and 20, 5  by 7 prints are included. A pre wedding photoshoot is included either on the day of arrival or before depending on your distance to us. You will deal with and pay the photographer directly. (3 hours £380)

The chefs can cater to your needs and  provide anything from a 3 course steak and lobster dinner, to an afternoon tea or a woodland BBQ wedding breakfast. She will create a master piece for just 2 of you for an elopement wedding or for up to 15 of you for an intimate celebration. Price dependant on menu and chef. E.g. 3 course steak dinner is £100 with a £20 supplement for lobster. You will deal with the chefs and pay them directly.

Our yurt can be hired for your ceremony, first dance, wedding breakfast and chill our space. We can provide our heart shaped wedding arch, decorated with greenery and flowers and surrounded by the soft glow of themed coloured lights and candelabras. Table, seating, heating, speakers, wedding coordination and staff are all included. (£1000 including VAT)

 

Lisa the florist from Olive and Ivy is also able to provide you with a package for your special day.

Your day will coordinated by us the owners, Ronnie and Josephine, we are passionate about what we do and look forward to creating a magical day for the both of you. While staying with us to really relax and enjoy what our beautiful location has to offer, you can book a couples massage or hire the rowing boat to enjoy the scenic Chesterfield Canal.

We also cater for other small events such as vow renewals, hen parties and birthday celebrations.
